| sorry i dont write as much as i used to but going to work at 6.30pm and getting out at 5am wil do that to u .but i gots to make time for the gym not just a hobby any more know its just fun.and even better when u hit a goal uve been afetr maybe its weight your tring to hit or weight ure trying to lose thers always got to be a goal.like fore me iam trying to get to 250pd solid w/bout 7/8 percent body fat not a bad goal huh iam at 230pd 6\7 percent body fat.i see it as a challenge but a fun cant wait.especially doing it natural no juice so tempted but no.give me your feed back on that need to know the ups and downs and if its worth it so tempted so so tempting mmmmmmmmm fast muscle ok ill stop |

| its all coming back more food more muscle. eat like a pig is the plan protioen and creatine lots of it.heavy weight and cardio sounds like fun huh.i love this game |

| damn it feels great to work out again alittle weak still but its coming back.at least i got my appitite back mmmmm food.so its back to tearing some muscle fiber and tearing some new striations |

| today is back and leg day hopefully wont be to sore for tonight clubbin shannanigins hope i spelt it right.starting off light to get that blood rushing to my muscle.better knowm as the pump. then going heavy w/120pd dumbell rows.then245 pdbarbell rows then my fav deadlifts 345pd yeah that wil put some hair on ya then if any energy left lat mahine pulldowns 230pd and seated cable rows 250pd then of cuurse cardio and abs. love ya peoples halla later |
